Simply making it onto the Hollywood scene in a meaningful way is pretty hard for the ‘common person’. Now imagine trying to withstand the wilting presence of the public spotlight for years on end. Every time you step outside of the door as a celeb you are pretty much promised to end up on someone’s camera. We aren’t surprised that so many stars turn to plastic surgeons to try and fix themselves up. We collected 14 Hollywood stars who turned to expensive cosmetic surgery in a big way. You’ll be stunned by how much these stars spent to get their bodies how they wanted them!
Kelly Rowland – $4,000.
Kelly Rowland won our hearts over as a core member of the band, Destiny’s Child. Now at just over 35 years old the celebrity is still looking as good as ever, thanks to a few trips under the knife. Most notably we can see that Rowland had herself breast implants done as well as a minor nose job. Rowland’s surgeries are pretty tame compared to what you will see on the rest of this list. In fact, you’ll be shocked by what #4 did to their body!

Victoria Beckham – $8,000.
It’s Posh Spice herself, looking as good as ever in 2016! Victoria Beckham has gracefully backed out of the spotlight in order to focus on her fashion campaign. Beckham was once one of the most admired musicians in the world and now she is one of the wealthiest. Beckham hasn’t gotten a ton of work done despite being worth over $300 Million. Mostly Beckham has gotten a breast reduction done and a few minor touch ups around her face for a smooth total of $8,000. That won’t be anything by the time you finish reading this incredible list.

Meg Ryan – $11,000.
Meg Ryan used to be the girl-next-door that every man aspired to win the heart of. Ryan was one of Hollywood’s biggest stars in the ’80s thanks to her work in Top Gun and When Harry Met Sally. However, Ryan hasn’t allowed herself to gracefully age. Ryan is nearly constantly going under the knife in order to try and get her looks ‘just right’. Most recently Ryan underwent about $12,000 worth of work which included a face and neck lift, cheek fillers, and just a bit too much botox.

Patricia Heaton – $12,000.
Patricia Heaton is one of the funniest TV actors in the business thanks to her work on Everybody Loves Raymond. Heaton nabbed a pair of Emmy’s for her work on the TV show and she would spend almost a decade of her life working over the role. When Everybody Loves Raymond ended it was time for Heaton to change her look. Heaton would go on to have a fair bit of cosmetic work done before taking on one of ABC’s best sitcoms, The Middle. Heaton would spend nearly $12,000 on a tummy tuck and a breast reduction surgery along with the typical Hollywood facelift.

Denise Richards stole our hearts as the spunky soldier in the science fiction film Starship Troopers and she has stayed there ever since. While Richards may be more known for her high profile marriage to Charlie Sheen she is still looking as good as ever. Richards has gone through about $13,000 worth of surgery which included breast implants and nose plastic surgery. These two fairly common surgeries have the 40+ year old actress looking as good as most 30 year olds.

Do you remember the first season of the hit singing show American Idol? Well, we certainly do. That season was incredible thanks to the passionate rivalry between Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard. Aiken did pretty well in the years following the show and he has entered the political arena, as well. Aiken is clearly sporting a whole new look and his cosmetic plastic surgery is pretty obvious. The singer-turned-politician toned down his jaw line for a reported $35,000! Aiken claims that he only got the plastic surgery done so that his TMJ issues would be resolved but we’re not sure we are buying it. Remember people, politicians need to have strong jaws.

Roseanne Barr is an interesting addition to this list due to the nature of her Hollywood career. Barr has been almost completely out of the public spotlight in terms of staying off camera but she’s done everything she could to improve her looks since Roseanne wrapped. Barr underwent liposuction surgery and is now looking slimmer and healthier than ever. We’re happy for her but that hasn’t stopped Donald Trump from lacing into the storied comedian.

Are you really surprise to see Caitlyn Jenner make this list? Formerly known as the Kardashian patriach, Bruce Jenner, Caitlyn underwent a transformation that is complete from head to toe. The former Olympian has spent upwards of $60,000 reinventing her body to match what is going on in her heart. Jenner’s work, surprisingly enough, has been done really well.

Another Jenner family member makes it onto our list! Kris Jenner is the strong willed personality that keeps the Kardashian-Jenner crew in line, at least if you believe the TV shows. Jenner looks like a completely differnt person than she did even just 10 years ago. Jenner is proud of her plastic surgery and never hides the fact that she gets work done. In fact, Kris keeps track of all of her surgeries — filming them for her viewing pleasure at a later time.

Joan Rivers – $100,000.
Joan Rivers, though dearly departed, still was one of the most prolific abusers of cosmetic surgery in Hollywood. Rivers was a strong comedian during her time and she was always captivating on camera when interviewing celebrities on the red carpet. Rivers would go under the knife over 700 times in her life, racking up a bill exceeding $100,000. At the end of the day could you look at her before and after pictures and say that it was worth it? We’re not sure that we could.

Amanda Lepore – Who Knows.
You only need to glance at Amanda Lepore to know that she had extreme plastic surgery done and it was all for naught. Lepore has had just about every type of plastic surgery you could imagine: breast augmentations, butt implants, and she has even had her ribs broken intentionally to reduce the size of her waist. Lepore is an icon for transsexuals and perhaps that is what pushed her to have so many surgeries in an attempt to look as good as possible. Still, we can’t really get behind the results — she is looking less human with each and every procedure. Still, Lepore is reportedly happy with how she looks so good for her.

Sharon Osbourne – $185,000.
Sharon Osbourne has aged in the opposite direction of her former hubby, Ozzy. Osbourne claims that she started going under the knife after becoming Ozzy’s girl due to the fact that she suddenly felt inadequate when under the public spotlight. Sharon would spend upwards of $180,000 on plastic surgery before finally coming to the realization that it is just better to be healthy. Osbourne swears that she will never go under the knife again. We’re impressed that she looks as good as she does today, even with all of the surgeries done.

This stunning Hollywood mainstay is a walking billboard for how good plastic surgery can be. Moore is not the least bit ashamed of her plastic surgery, claiming that the procedures have helped to keep her active and with a career in filmmaking. Moore has gone under the knife often enough that she looks completely different today than when she started coming up in the industry but in a good way.

Jocelyn Wildenstein – $2 Million.
It’s hard to imagine having as much surgery done as Jocelyn Wildenstein did. It’s also even harder to imagine spending $2 million on anything. Wildenstein spent that gigantic sum of money in order to make her look more like a cat in order to please her husband who “wanted it like that”. Wildenstein underwent a tremendous amount of procedures but it couldn’t save her marriage as her husband left her.
