It was said that the story behind this incident revolves around the driver of the Smart car, who parked on a spot that was designated for another person’s vehicle. Well, that person had a sight of a car taking his spot, so he decided to plot revenge. He ended up locking up the Smart’s wheels with a chain so that the driver would have a challenging time.

By looking at the photo, you would be able to see a black SUV surrounded by lots of garbage bins. Well, no one was allowed to park in the space where the black car was parking, so the driver of that vehicle had to learn a lesson the hard way. Someone got pissed because of the SUV’s terrible way of parking and decided to surround the car with several garbage bins – reasonable enough to match with the driver’s garbage parking skills – and that is simply nothing but just plain savage!
