The question that is formed in the title is for the driver of the white pickup truck to answer. No jokes would be made in this one because what the driver did was a really selfish move. Whatever his or her intentions were, taking and occupying PWD parking slots when he or she was even not accompanying a disabled person would never be funny – it should never be taken as a joke. I just hope that the driver realized his/her mistake and never does such a thing ever again.

A Car Full of Cement
Here comes another incident that would teach all the drivers out there to always stay away from places where a construction project is ongoing – unless you want to be in a situation just like the one shown in the picture. The red car was parked in a spot next to a construction site, and it turned out to be a very wrong decision – the vehicle containing a load of cement accidentally poured a lot in the car. Well, it was a very unlucky day for the owner of the red car.
