Taking Action
Karen became eager, upon learning this, to reach the bottom of it. To understand the problem, she arranged meetings with the teacher and principal. The teacher explained that her son was not mindful in class and that the principal refused to take action. Karen was especially upset when they both told her that they were concerned about her son.
