We all need a break, don’t we? Selleck was so stuck in his work in Magnum, that he hardly could find time for his family and daughter. Work life stressed him out and he needed a break. He felt personal life is crucial more than his work as an actor. You have to admire his dedication to his family, not many people would take a break from one of the biggest roles of their life.
