To all the drivers out there, how many times do we have to tell you that there are parking spaces especially intended for vehicles, and there are spaces designated for shopping carts? Well, it seems like the owners of the cars in the picture never understood such a thing as they still parked on the space allotted for the carts. Well, they had to learn a lesson, so they learned it the hard way – being locked up in the middle of cats.
